Why a pilot before a subscription?
Because the report is only useful if your export carries outcomes. The pilot proves that on your data before you pay monthly.
What counts as a source?
A distinct value in the source column of your export, after we merge spelling variants. Rightmove, Zoopla and your website are three sources.
Do you connect to my CRM?
Not yet. Imports are CSV. Portal and CRM connections come after paid pilots show which ones matter.
Where is the data held?
Supabase in London (eu-west-2). Raw CSV files expire after 30 days by default. Lead rows carry no contact details. See the data processing agreement.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel from the billing page and run to the end of the paid month. The pilot is one off.
Who is behind this?
Oshy Labs Ltd, a software studio in London, registered in England and Wales. The founder reads every pilot application himself.
