Accessibility statement

Our aim

We want everyone at your agency or brokerage to be able to use Broker Lead Lab, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard only, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

How we build

• Semantic HTML, labelled form controls and visible focus states.
• Keyboard access for every action.
• AA colour contrast for text and controls.
• Figures shown in charts are also available as numbers and in CSV exports.
• Layouts that work at 200% zoom and on small screens.
• Sign in by a one time email link, so there is no password or CAPTCHA.

Known limits

We have not yet had an independent WCAG audit, so some pages may fall short of these rules. Charts may be hard to use with a screen reader; tell us and we will send the figures in another format.

If something does not work for you, or you need information in a different format, email arnold.oshenye@oshylabs.eu. We reply within 2 UK working days and will make reasonable adjustments, including walking you through a report or sending it in another format.
